**Your new company**
My client is a manufacturer and supplier of laboratory analytical instruments. It has been influential in the development of the various analytical instruments, and it remains notable for its work in the advancement of particle sizing technology.

**Your new role**
You will perform a multitude of administration tasks relating to the servicing and support of customers across the ISB. The Service Support Administrator is charged with efficiently conducting these tasks to ensure all deadlines and obligations are met.

Primary responsibilities include:

- Scheduling and allocation of CSE’s to customer Jobs
- Planning of customer PM schedules
- Administration/Paperwork requirements for getting CSE’s to customer sites
- Service work escalation as required
- Responding to customer enquiries

Skills needed
- High attention to detail with strong administration skills
- Sales Force experience
- SAP experience
- Office suite proficient
