We are currently recruiting for a care manager to oversee our commercial home care operation in the Padstow, St George area. Our services include, aged and disability care, transitional care, hospital in the home and palliative care. Right at Home is a leading home care provider in the USA and is now launching its operations in Australia. This role is a Part time management position reporting to the Director of Care of Right at Home Padstow St George.
The position would be responsible for recruitment and training of caregivers. The role would involve monitoring outputs and ensuring that service levels and service KPIs are being met.
Duties include:
- Care Assessments.
- Care Planning and Case Management
- Carer recruitment and training.
- Operational management.
- Quality assurance
Initially the role will have some business development responsibilities, but this will reduce over time.

- Current National Police Clearance.
- AHPRA-Nurse Registration a requirement.
