**Qualifications and Skills**:

- At least 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in an agency or consulting environment.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, with experience in other design industry standard tools
- Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
- Strong visual design skills, with an eye for typography, colour, and layout.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design solutions to clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
