Are you passionate about education and dedicated to fostering a culture of learning within a healthcare setting? CNAH is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic educator to join our dynamic team at a 0.6FTE.
About the role
The Learning and Development Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring our staff receive comprehensive and engaging training. Reporting to the Learning and Development Site Lead, you will be responsible for:
Delivering orientation and annual training programs for both clinical and non-clinical staff.
Facilitating educational sessions across the surgical floor.
Supporting the Learning and Development Site Lead in the development and implementation of training programs.
Maintaining accurate records of training participation and completion.
Collaborating with various departments to ensure training needs are met.
**About You**:
Current AHPRA registration and ability to work as a Registered Nurse
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) OR willingness to complete within first 12-months of commencement
Proven experience in adult learning and education.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to create engaging training materials and delivery methods.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
Experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment is preferred.
