**About the role**:
As the Lead Engineer, this role will focus on building and delivering world-class software, line manage and provide technical leadership to a team of engineers. This role will be ideal for a seasoned software engineer with at least 10 years’ experience on the tools.

**About you and your skills**:
You will drive an engineering team and facilitate agile scrum practices within the team and ensure the team is developing quality software and experienced as a delivery leader and also happy to be hands on when needed.

Your skills
- Extensive experience with one or more programming languages and frameworks - e.g., Java, Spring, Angular, React, Node.js, etc.
- Experience with one or more major ecommerce platforms - e.g., HCL Commerce, Salesforce, Magento, commerce tools, etc.
- Extensive experience with ecommerce, microservice and serverless architectures
- Good exposure to Agile Scrum working environments
- Experience working in large scale projects and heavy-traffic platforms
- Ability to drive and enforce software engineering practices
- Experience managing relationships with senior leaders
