The Quality and Safeguards Manager is an integral part of Nextt’s quality framework. The position’s focus is to assist the business to understand, demonstrate and perform in relation to our vision, that Nextt clients _get more out of life_. The successful applicant will have a sound understanding of contemporary quality management systems that are streamlined, client focused and accessible for all employees.
The position will be responsible for ongoing development, monitoring and reporting against Nextt’s quality framework to ensure high quality, client driven services and maintenance of associated legal and regulatory accreditation. You will be required to build and maintain relationship across divisions to ensure accreditation requirements are understood and met.
This is a permanent full-time position available to work in a hybrid working model based at our Brisbane offices.
**About You**
- Experience in the field of disability (cognitive, intellectual, physical), mental health or similar human services roles
- Experience in management system implementation and process improvement
- Understanding of human rights informed quality management principles and standards
- Demonstrated key knowledge of the interface of quality, practice and safeguarding in the prevention of abuse and neglect of people with disability.
- Educated to degree level in a relevant field or equivalent. Desirable post graduate qualifications in a relevant field
- NDIS workers screen and Working with Children Check
- Full Australian Working Rights and Driver’s License
