**About this opportunity**:
A very exciting opportunity is available for an energetic, self-motivated, driven and passionate Integrated Supply Planner (ISP). This role is responsible for ensuring Lactalis inventory for the Yoghurts and Desserts portfolio is efficiently and effectively replenished across all Woolworths and Aldi DC’s whilst minimising out of stock situations and inventory write offs.

Reporting to the Customer Supply Chain Manager, as a Lactalis employee you will handle projects across our Yoghurts, Desserts and Cheese portfolios, and be based at our Lidcombe office in Sydney. This role will play a pivotal link between Lactalis and Woolworths replenishment & DC teams. Internally you will work cross functionally with Sales, Logistics, Transport, Demand and Supply Planning, and Production teams.

In this role, your responsibilities will include but are not be limited to:

- Replenishment of stock in Woolworths DC’s nationally, ensuring maximum Inbound (to DC) and Outbound (from DC) Service Levels to maximise store availability (Note: Woolworths key metric is OBSL)
- Accuracy of forecast and alignment with Woolworths forecasting, including Event and Promotions management
- Proactive management and resolution of service issues on a daily basis
- Communication between Lactalis and Woolworths stakeholders on all customer service matters
- Proactive contribution to improvements in all areas of responsibility including tools and system
- Involvement in Customer supply chain projects as required

To be successful, you will ideally have:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to multi task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Understanding of supply planning principles
- Strong negotiating skills
- Continuous improvement mindset
- FMCG / retail experience
- SAP experience
- Degree qualification in Business, Supply Chain or similar field ideal but not essential.

Previous ISP or supply planning experience would be well regarded but not essential, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their supply chain career.
