Beaumont People is currently seeking an experienced marketing and events assistant for an exciting temporary opportunity with a reputable not-for-profit organisation in Lismore, the role will commence on the 11th of January.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating content for social media promotions, campaigns, and posts
- Assist in the promotion of the organisation and services through all forms of media
- Event assistance, in the lead up, on the day and post-event
- Assist the Marketing & Events Coordinator in the creation and purchase of marketing collateral as required
- Assist the administration team across all locations with staff engagement activities
- Contribute to website and Intranet functionality
- Meet KPI’s and work plan deliverables, administration, report writing and compliance responsibilities

**About you**:

- A passion to work in the Not-For-Profit sector
- Previous experience working in marketing and events
- Knowledge of social media analytics and advertising platforms
- Event production experience
- Knowledge of Hubspot or Wordpress preferable
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Exceptional time management skills, attention to detail and organisational skills.

**Please note that you MUST be available to commence on the 11th of January and be happy to work on a temporary/casual basis, some temporary opportunities can lead to a permanent role.
