Work based in furniture warehouse/ distribution centre in Dandenong South VIC 3175.

Major Responsibilities will include:

- Arranging Dispatch of goods
- Transport bookings
- Liaising with sales and warehouse staff to meet delivery deadlines and resolve enquiries
- Coordinating all daily dispatch of trucks and pick-ups from our Warehouse
- Building reports/ spreadsheets using excel
- General warehouse admin (returns, inbound receipt)
- Checking Orders and stock.
- General warehousing duties
- Identify and drive efficiencies and improvements in the dispatch operations

To be considered for this role, you will have the following:

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment both in team and independently
- Ability to plan, prioritise and multitasks effectively on a daily basis

- Possess exceptional communication skills
- possess strong decision making, organisational and time management skills
- Possess exceptional attention to detail
- Have previous knowledge in dispatch or a warehouse environment
- Excellent customer service standards and ethics
- Ability to work full time Monday
- Friday 9-5.30pm

**Salary**: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
