**Opportunities**

We currently are looking for _**5 Mental Health Support Workers**_ to support our clients in Maroochydore to Caloundra areas to **start IMMEDIATELY**. Assisting clients with short and long shifts available.
- You MUST HAVE previous experience supporting people with mental health, intellectual impairment, challenging behaviours, conflict resolution, de-escalation, positive support plans**:

- Casual hourly rates are $28-$33 an hour plus super, plus salary packaging.
- Support Workers who are available for morning, afternoon, and ACTIVE night shifts (6-12hr shifts).
- Full-time, Part-time, and Casual opportunities available.
- Immediate start for the right person.
- Minimum 6 months experience as a Mental Health or Disability Support Worker.
- Driver's license and own car
- Maybo Training is highly desired but not essential.

**Your Skills and Experience**

To be successful in the role, you will require the following:

- Minimum 6 months experience as a Mental Health Support Worker or similar role
- NDIS worker screening clearance or Yellow Card (or willing to obtain)
- Blue Card (or willing to obtain)
- First Aid Certificate & CPR
- Driver's license and own car (able to drive a van - preferred)
- Maybo Training is highly desired but not essential
- Mental Health First Aid is highly desired but not essential

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
