**About the Role**:
Our Ultimo location is currently seeking passionate & motivated individuals to join their team in reaching collective goals. These positions would be suitable for Early Childhood Professionals with their Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood, or interest in working toward.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working collaboratively with a team of Early Childhood Educators toward collective goals.
- Facilitating a safe & caring environment for all children.
- Driving initiatives, curriculum activities, and continuous improvement.
- Observing and documenting the progress of each child, in line with the EYLF & NQS.
- Liaising with parents regarding routines, progress and challenges.
- Assisting with the implementation of programs and experiences to meet the needs of individual children
- Contributing to the completion of documentation of children's skills and interests that includes a clear cycle of reflective practice
- Ensuring the physical environment is well maintained
- Engaging in professional communication with families and caregivers

**About You**:

- Compassionate, considerate and kind
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or interest in working toward)
- Current First Aid
- Current CPR
- Working with Childrens Check
- Must have excellent written and communication skills, desire to work in the childcare industry, alert, observant, active and able to use judgement and initiative, work in a team and willingness to accept responsibility.
