Are you passionate about working with young children and starting your career in early childhood education? Monash Preschool is a 38 Place Early Childhood centre seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Certificate III Trainee.

This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn – gaining hands-on experience in a supportive environment while completing your nationally recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.

About the Role:

  • Full-time paid traineeship position
  • Study Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care while working
  • Work alongside experienced educators and contribute to the care and education of children aged 0–5
  • Learn about play-based learning, health and safety, child development, and documentation
  • Be part of a warm, inclusive, and passionate team
