**Make an impact at Serco**:
We are seeking an **HSE & Wellbeing Professional** to champion workplace health, safety, and environmental (HSE) initiatives at the **Adelaide Remand Centre**. You will play a critical role in fostering a safe and positive work environment by implementing programs that protect employees and contractors while driving a culture of safety and wellbeing.

As an **HSE & Wellbeing Professional**, you’ll make a positive impact by:

- Implementing and maintaining HSE programs to ensure a safe workplace
- Coordinating injury management and return-to-work programs for employees
- Leading investigations into workplace incidents and implementing corrective actions
- Delivering HSE training and promoting a proactive safety culture
- Conducting audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance workplace safety

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

- A **Diploma** or higher qualification in Occupational Health and Safety
- Strong e xperience in workplace health, safety, and environmental roles, preferably in a multi-disciplinary setting
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment, compliance, and injury management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- RTW (Return to Work) qualification and “Collect Specimens for Drugs of Abuse Testing” certification
