Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, the Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our strategy, creating and executing successful online marketing strategies that drive leads and revenue growth.

**A day on the job will see you**:

- Manage our CMS (Wordpress), optimising SEO, develop and execute user journeys and manage performance of content.
- Deliver digital campaigns that excite our key targets leading to online conversions.
- Support the team in utilising CRM (Hubspot) for lead generation/funnel conversions
- Plan and coordinate a schedule of social media activity; device A/B tests and conversion tests.
- Plan, set up and deliver a digital campaign calendar
- Work with and support the development of various content formats such as website, video, social, podcasts, newsletters.
- Be willing to develop to take ownership of customer digital journey from initial interaction, optimisation and supporting sales for conversion
- Quantitative analysis of website, social and digital performance metrics (paid and organic) against goals
- Recommend allocation of marketing investments

**To impress us you’ll need**:

- Previous experience in digital marketing campaign planning and implementation
- Hands on experience with SEO, SEM, Paid Social and Analytic platforms
- Demonstrated experience using HubSpot or associated CRM
- Demonstrated experience using Wordpress CMS
- Proven background across the digital landscape with an ability to multi-task across conflicting priorities
- Self-starter who enjoys working with autonomy
- Exceptional analytical skills to draw out insights to optimise results
- Exceptional written and communication skills
