About the Role:
The Credit Administrator is responsible for delivering all backend and administrative functions associated with credit management operations.

Your Key Activities Will Include:

- Managing the Credit Management mailboxes and associated tasks
- Action funds transfer and refund requests raised by customers
- Manage bounced back refunds for Accounts Payable
- Ownership and management of the disconnection process and associated tasks
- Action queries/requests raised by mercantile agents
- Remove/update default listings in Equifax
- Ownership of the credit legal/bankruptcy process and associated tasks and enquiries
- Back up to Account Receivables role
- Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities in services, systems, processes and procedures

About you and Your Experience:

- Experience/exposure to a Credit Management environment in the Energy Sector
- Understands the importance of relationship management
- Proven interpersonal skills with high quality written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Self-managing, pro-active, good time management skills
- Goal orientated
- Strong and proven strategic and conceptual skills
- Intermediate MS Excel Skills
