**PROVEN CAPABILITIES OVERSEEING THE EXECUTION OF**
- Mine site refurbishment.
- Major assets overhauls.
- Vibrating or rotating equipment installation.
- Shuttle maintenance and repairs.
- Fabrication and on-site repairs.
- Asset inspection and reporting.
- Specialised welding - MMAW, GTAW and FCAW.
- Ongoing preventative maintenance.
- Brownfield's SMP project upgrades
- Non-process infrastructure works experience is favorable
- QAQC & HSE Compliance

**DUTIES OF THE ROLE**
- Manage labour, tooling, equipment, and materials for the duration of the works.
- Lead shift pre-start meetings and proactively drive safety values and core behavior's.
- Ensure work crews are adequately resourced to complete their jobs safely.
- Promote a positive culture by leading by example, coaching, and mentoring the workforce.
- Manage work packs, work orders and complete time and attendance daily.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate day to day works

**ABOUT YOU**
- Australian recognised trade certificate
- Certificate III in Engineering Fabrication; or
- Certificate III in Engineering Mechanical Trade
- Appointed Persons - Section 44.
- Working Rights within Australia.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Able to interpret and follow engineering drawings.
- Able to maintain high safety and housekeeping standards
- Commitment to safe work habits and our core values.
- Certificate IV in Frontline Management is advantageous.
