**About The Role**:

- Efficiently respond to customer and workshop inquiries regarding vehicle parts
- Interpret and identify van and truck parts accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the parts department
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of parts inventory and availability
- Process orders and handle transactions accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts when necessary

**About You**:

- Minimum of one year of experience in interpreting spare parts
- Previous experience in a similar ‘customer facing’ role within a fast-paced retail parts operation
- Strong mechanical aptitude with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sound administrative and organisational skills
