Regional Used Equipment Coordinator

**The Opportunity**:
We are currently seeking a customer focused **Regional Used Equipment Coordinator **to support the Remarketing Regional Business. This is a pivotal role that will oversee the administrative sales and operational support across Queensland.

**Role Located**:Sherwood

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure asset health and repairs align with set budgets, collaborating with Regional Operation Supervisors
- Coordinate machine inspections, estimates, and reporting in adherence to policies and timelines
- Manage customer inquiries and maintain effective communication with stakeholders
- Keep status charts updated and refresh machine descriptions and pictures for advertising as needed
- Process incoming trade, import, ex-Rental, and local purchase machines, including payments to vendors and issuing POs
- Oversee machine sales transactions from quote to completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Continuously improve marketing, advertising, and image standards
- Maintain accurate machine records and promptly calculate/submit sales commissions
- Update cost of sales and sales forecast regularly
- Ensure compliance with internal and external audit processes and policies

**What we are looking for**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Basic technical understanding of earthmoving equipment
- High-level organisational skills, able to work independently
- Driven to meet deadlines with limited supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interactions with internal and external clients
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
