We are a growing construction company that specialises in site cleans for builders all over Sydney.

We are currently seeking a skilled HR Driver/Bobcat Operator to join our team and help us continue our growth.

**Job Description**:
As an HR Driver/Bobcat Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy machinery and driving a heavy rigid truck to transport equipment and materials to and from job sites. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that jobs are completed on time and to the highest standards.

**Requirements**:

- Valid HR driver's license
- Experience operating heavy machinery and driving heavy rigid trucks (bobcat skills can be taught but some experience would benefit)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required (usually Monday-Friday)
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
