We are seeking a strong Sales Assistant with a sales focus to work in a fast-paced friendly skincare manufacturing environment. This role assists the Sales team to achieve the monthly sales target through support and focus on customer satisfaction. Customer service skills is key for this position along with strong communication skills.

The Role

The responsibilities of the role include:

- Coordinate the sales administration for the Sales Team
- Timely and accurately process sales orders for international and domestic markets
- Generate and prepare quotes for clients
- Liaise with various internal departments in regards to manufacturing updates and delivery schedules and provide timely updates to clients
- Ensure data accuracy in quotes and orders
- Complete any necessary administrative work in support of the Sales team
- Working with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience

The successful applicant will possess:

- High attention to detail
- Excellent phone manner as you will be the customers 'go to' for all follow up
- Great attitude and able to build rapport quickly with existing and potential customers
- Sound administrative and advance computer and MS Office Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
- Able to prioritise tasks
- Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work autonomously when required
- A pro-active "can-do" attitude with confidence to take on a variety of tasks.

This is a full-time position and only available to Australian Citizens or permanent residents.
