The position

We are currently seeking an individual who is interested in completing a 4-year Plumbing Apprenticeship to become a qualified plumber. The successful candidate will be working with a licensed plumber to gain the skills and knowledge to be able to complete planned and reactive maintenance works on clients' assets.

What skills will you acquire?

• Correct use of power tools
• Construction skills
• Safe use of test equipment
• Manual skills in using hand tools
• Plumbing theory and how system components work
• Knowledge of how to operate, maintain and repair plumbing problems
• Cert III in Plumbing 4 years

What you ideally need:

• Must have an enthusiastic and can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn
• White card
• Completed year 12
• The ability to take direction and show initiative
• Strong attention to detail
• Be punctual, organised, trustworthy and reliable
• Have a genuine interest in a career in the plumbing industry
• Current Victorian driver's license (desirable)
• Good understanding of safe work practices
• Clean police record
• Demonstrate a high level of communication both verbal and written
• Fully vaccinated
• Working with Children Check
