- **8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday (1 in every 6 weekends on + afterhours calls)**

**Our Client**

Offering the crème de la crème of short term accommodation across Sydney (mainly in the East), our client delivers a one-of-a-kind service to both guests and home owners. They are a young, dynamic and fully engaged team who go the extra mile and are all passionate about their roles, so the company rewards them with weekly team catch-ups and annual events such as holidays, Melbourne Cup luncheons and the like.

**Duties**

A 100% WFH this role supports the Property Management and Operations teams. You will mainly be on the road with duties including:

- Visiting properties and completing inspections
- Ensure properties have been cleaned and are presented to the standard that their guest will expect
- Assist team mates when delegated various tasks such as home operations checks, meet and greets with guests, guest ready inspections, entry and exit inspections etc
- Detail &/or investigate any damage to properties
- Coordinate maintenance requirements with tradespeople

**Specific requirements**

This is a company that makes their decision on attitude, so you will be passionate and committed. You will also come with:

- Real Estate experience (Leasing, Property Officer or Manager preferred)
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Drivers license and a reliable car
