DSV Air and Sea is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Manager Warehouse in Forrestfield, Perth.

This position is responsible for the overall warehouse operations and profitability including the receiving, receipting, handling and distributing of goods in a timely and safe manner, stock counts, invoicing, supplier and customer management.

**Your typical day at DSV**:

- Manage costs associated with warehouse operations
- Control and analyse warehouse inventory levels
- Control and maintain warehouse management systems
- Prepare warehouse for stock take and analyse outcomes and manage inventory forecasting
- Ensure all processes are adhered to by warehouse team
- Manage resolve order/delivery issues
- Work hand in hand with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monthly reporting of all warehouse key tasks and performance indicators
- Contribution to the review and development of process improvements
- Maintain the highest housekeeping and stock security standards within the department
- Maintain and review all Standard Operating Procedures relating to the warehouse
- Maintain all warehouse equipment in safe and working condition
- Manage data entry to accurately track goods quantities and locations

**About You**:

- Experience in Warehouse Management, preferably in the freight forwarding industry
- An understanding of OH&S policies and legislative requirements in regards to warehouse operations and people management
- A demonstrated understanding of freight forwarding warehouse regulations including but not limited to; 77G license requirements, Biosecurity, ABF, Home Affairs, HACCP and pharmaceutical GDP
- Experience in using Cargowise One
- Experience in managing warehouse financials and P&L management is essential
