**Role Purpose / Mission**:

- Support the Marketing Team to implement marketing plan, client strategies and execute tactical plans and events to maximize sales of current
- Be a key player in the Marketing team to coordinate launch plans, post analysis and conduct client insight analysis

**Main Accountabilities**:
**Marketing Support for In-Store and External Events**
- Assist the CRM Manager with co-ordination of production for in-store events including communication to stores, client communication materials, event resources and liaising with suppliers and production agencies where applicable
- Work with team to ensure all promotional elements for events are produced to a high standard, within budget.

**Client Relationship Management support**
- Maintain client database hygiene through regular quality check
- Coordinate briefs and assets for eDM and DM campaigns
- Support CRM Manager to monitor and communicate results of all clienteling campaigns
- Manage client gifting allocations and deliveries to stores
- Work in conjunction with the CRM Manager to secure treatment bookings or any special requests

**Marketing Plan Coordination and Implementation**
- Support the Marketing Director to implement launch plans, competitive strategy and annual marketing plan
- Co-ordinate and monitor the marketing activities and collateral preparations to ensure effective and high quality execution and overall marketing objectives are achieved
- Work with the marketing team to ensure all activities and event execution is smooth, efficient with spending within given budget

**Communications Support**
- Execute PR launch events in collaboration with the Marketing and Communications Director to brand guidelines while adhering to budgets.
- Compile a post-event analysis report and liaise with publications to ensure event coverage.
- Answer all PR enquiries
- Ensure all press releases are up to date and assist with PR send-outs, couriering and monitoring of press clippings
- Monitor the PR budget to ensure products used do not exceed monthly allocation and reconcile with Marketing Director

**Marketing Support**
- Assist with any marketing, and general office duties as required
- Compile, format, and report information as requested.
- Complete monthly reports as required.
- Maintain competitor monitoring

**Requirement**:

- Degree qualified highly regarded
- At least 2-3 years experience in marketing. Experience in beauty or luxury retail an advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Problem solver, can work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Proactive, independent with an attitude of care and drive to succeed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office all programs
- Intermediate Photoshop and Indesign skills preferred
- Video editing skills highly regarded
