As a CDIS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing medical records, collaborating with clinicians and providing guidance to ensure compliance with coding standards and regulations. Your expertise will contribute to optimising revenue capture, facilitating data analysis and supporting quality improvement initiatives.
To be eligible for this position, you must have successful completion of a recognised HLT50321 Diploma of Clinical Coding Course in ICD-10-AM or equivalent, together with demonstrated advanced competency in ICD-10-AM (current edition) coding as determined by Manager Coding Services.
