**_About the Role_**

Due to continued growth, we are seeking skilled and safety-focused Riggers and Scaffolders to join our high-performing teams on both onshore and offshore projects within the Oil & Gas industry.

As a Rigger/Scaffolder, you will play a key role in supporting critical shutdown and maintenance activities, ensuring all lifting, rigging, and access requirements are carried out safely and efficiently. These roles are essential to maintaining safe and productive worksites in challenging and dynamic environments.

In addition to scaffolding and rigging work, you’ll have the opportunity to gain exposure to other areas of our Industrial Services offering. This hands-on experience will allow you to expand your skill set and contribute to a wider scope of work on site.

Point of hire: Perth (WA), Adelaide (SA), Melbourne (VIC), Sydney (NSW), Canberra (ACT), Brisbane (QLD), Darwin (NT), and Hobart (TAS).

**_Duties will include but not limited to_**
- Erect, dismantle, and modify scaffolding structures as per design specifications
- Perform detailed risk assessments and maintain a strong focus on safety at all times
- Inspect scaffolding equipment for damage or defects and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Assist other work crews with Industrial Services scope when there is no Scaffolding scope
- Assist other work crews with Crane lifts and general Rigging activities when there is no scaffolding scope
- Advanced Knowledge in the Tube & Clip Scaffolding System

**_Requirements & Experience Needed_**
- 1-2 years’ experience working within the Oil & Gas industry (Offshore highly desirable)
- High Risk Work License holding Advanced Scaffolding and Advanced/Intermediate Rigging (essential)
- Working Safely at Heights Certificate (within 2 years - essential)
- Enter & Work in a Confined Space Entry Certificate (within 2 years - essential)
- Gas Test Atmosphere (within 2 years - essential)
- BOSIET with CA-EBS (desirable)
- MSIC Maritime Security Identification Card (desirable)
- Breathing Apparatus Certificate (desirable)
- Ability to work shift work (Day/Night/Weekends)
- Current Drivers Licence
- Full Australian work rights
