About the role

The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. Duties include but are not limited to:

- Concierge / commercial building security
- Access control and monitor CCTV
- Respond professionally, courteously and promptly to all customer enquiries
- Direct and escort visitors to site
- Visitor sign in/induction and maintain key registers and issue keys
- Conduct foot patrols internal and external

Skills & experience
- Certificate II in Security Operations and security licence
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Open driver's license
- Dedication, reliability and a commitment to security
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work with mínimal supervision and within a team environment
- Australian Government Security Clearance or ability to obtain one
