This role of
**Cyber Security Analyst **will be responsible for developing and implementing security measures at Compare Club.

**The Role**:
The Cyber Security Analyst is part of the Cyber Security Team which is the central point of reference for governance, implementation and evaluation of security infrastructure and cyber security/PCI controls.

The role will assist to solution and implement new security innovations, or improve upon existing systems, whilst monitoring and assessing the daily security levels of Compare Club including responding to threat events

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing security measures to protect computer systems and networks from cyber threats.
- Actively review and maintain system business roles and access controls
- Keeping abreast with changes in Cyber Security best practices and adapting Compare Club’s strategic framework, principles, and policies to agreed security levels to ensure protection against new vulnerabilities and compliance with partners and any new regulatory requirement
- Liaise and potentially manage systems with internal team members, stakeholders and vendors to ensure business solutions are effectively secure
- Create and coordinate phishing campaigns
- Regular testing of security systems
- Regular vulnerability scans of all systems

**About you**:

- Minimum 3 years commercial Cyber security experience
- Cyber Security Certification
- Minimum 3 years experience mitigating and dealing with threat events
- Experience with cyber security infrastructure, supply chains and procurement
- Experience with at least one of the following: Okta, Sumo Logic, Sophos
- Strong communication and people management skills

- Incident response management
- Understanding security intrusion events and remediation methods
