As an Assistant Manager you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and ensure the smooth day to day running of the restaurant leading a team of 20+ You will lead from the front and will play an integral role with rostering, hiring, team development, inventory controls and local marketing strategies.

**What we need from you**
- Experience leading and driving a team in a fast-paced environment
- Immaculate presentation and a smile from ear to ear
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to provide an amazing customer experience, even when the heat is on
- Motivated by working towards targets and KPI’s
- Willingness to develop and grow
- Good knowledge of food safety and managing fresh par levels
- Ability to shift manage and lead day to day operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
