Little Sister Bakeries is on the lookout for passionate and skilled Night Bakers to join our growing wholesale and retail operation. We are an artisanal bakery committed to producing high-quality bread and pastries, and we’re seeking dedicated individuals eager to grow alongside us.

**About the Role**:
As a Night Baker, you will be responsible for:

- Operating the oven to bake artisanal bread and pastries.
- Following production schedules and managing stock and inventory.
- Maintaining quality control, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Working overnight and early morning shifts to meet daily fresh production demands.

**About You**:
We’re looking for bakers who:

- Have at least two years of commercial baking experience.
- Are reliable, hardworking, and excel in a fast-paced team setting.
- Have excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Ideally have experience in sourdough production and pastries (preferred but not essential).
- Live within a 35-minute drive of Braeside and have reliable transport.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Braeside VIC 3195: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- professional Baking: 2 years (preferred)
- Oven operation: 2 years (preferred)
- Artisanal Baking: 2 years (preferred)
- Pastry: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
