As a Strategic Account Executive, you will be responsible for helping XAM expand its presence within your client organisations by providing solutions that solve their business challenges. You can take on projects from start to finish or work closely with our client's teams as part of talent augmentation efforts to overcome specific problems they face in day-to-day operations
You’ll help us transform the industries that we work in by helping us to deliver digital products that really work while building relationships, serving as a trusted advisor, and helping XAM grow.

As a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive, you will: *
- Leverage your software development or delivery experience to drive new business opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle using a consultative, relationship-driven approach
- Outreach to prospective client departments and companies to introduce XAM and generate interest in initial business conversations
- Navigate complex organisational structures and technology stacks for business as you lead discovery conversations and solution discussions
- Listen and ask questions to gain a deep understanding of clients’ recruiting challenges
- Present creative solutions through storytelling and consultation
- Educate potential clients and their teams on the transformative power of XAM Services

Experience & Skills Required*
- 5+ years in consulting service sales
- Experience across a broad range of industries
- A consultative, relationship-driven sales philosophy
- Successful experience in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Selling to or through channel partners. May include channel sales support and channel development duties.
- Comfortable with an autonomous work environment and a distributed, global workforce
- Track record of long-term success in previous roles
- Experience in delivering or selling custom software, not just off-the-shelf solutions.
- Full Australian working rights and visa
