Our client is a leading provider in its sector with a strong presence in the US. Their high performing team is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the team on a 3 month contract and will contribute to their fun team culture.

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, your responsibilities will include but not limited to
- Processing high-volume stock invoices
- Data entry of approved services invoices
- Payments, cheques/EFT for the scheduled payment run dates and amounts as per the cash flow.
- Supplier reconciliation to APTB and statement, following up on missing invoices.
- Responding to internal and external queries.
- Create/Amend Supplier Masterfile (as required)
- Maintain auditable fiscal records and provide necessary documentation
- Explain and document regulations, policies, and procedures relevant to accounts payable functions; to assist staff in proper reporting functions.
