- **Experience**:_**_
- _Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery_
- **Qualifications**:_
- _At least 2 years’ bread production experience._
- _Strong Communication skills._
- _Good literacy and numeracy skills._
- _Knowledge of Food Handling and Food Safety._
- **Person Specification**:_
- _Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment._
- _A commitment to total Customer satisfaction to both internal and external Customers._
- _Ability to work independently as well as collaborate and work within a team environment._

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
