**About us**

We are probably Australia's number 1 online retailer/manufacturer of biltong (air-dried beef jerky) with a small shopfront and dispatch hub at our manufacturing location.

**Your Role**

Your role mainly encompasses the fulfillment/dispatch side of our online sales which includes harvesting, packaging and shipping of jerky to fulfill our online orders.

It also entails the mostly joint running of a small shopfront, which may include supervising other employees that will help you to dispatch orders, and serving customers in-store, or you may be liaising with production and other managers with planning and dispatch needs.

**If full-time**:

- This is a full-time guaranteed salary role that covers 38 hours. Your role may take 38-40 hours, overtime is paid.
- Monday to Friday (or we are open to part-time offers) and there is some flexibility of finishing times once a week, on set days except Mon or Tuesday.

This provides time once a week for you to make appointments / go shopping etc without taking off work

Quarterly financial bonuses/incentives.

Cafe with food only meters away; mall with doctors/hairdresser/shops etc and public transport within walking distance.

**WHO?**

No experience is required.
- a background in food manufacturing / food processing, *OR*
- a background in running or managing of a small, preferably food related shop, *OR*
- background in biltong / beef jerky / smallgoods, *OR*
- a qualification in hospitality/culinary arts (e.g. Chef, cook, Patisserie, etc) *OR*
- a related trade qualification (smallgoods, butcher, baker, etc) *OR*
- a background in a deli / delicatessen working with smallgoods / cheese / etc *OR*
- experience as a picker / packer / meat packer etc

**You are**:
organised, efficient, and systematic, hardworking, pro-active, and passionate about food.

You have attention to detail, with a strong eye for quality and presentation.

You must have work-rights in Australia.
