**Your part in our BlueCare team**
Working closely with your Care Manager, you’ll ensure quality and compliance governance are achieved through robust processes that meet internal and external auditing standards. This includes:

- Overseeing the facilitation of individualised care that enhances and promotes the quality of life for our clients living in the community.
- In collaboration with your Care Manager and other senior leaders, you’ll empower your team through learning, support and leadership in order to advance the level of service to our clients.
- Ensure quality and compliance governance are achieved through robust processes that meet internal and external auditing standards.
- Ensure the sustainability and growth of the service through your diligence with community funding, care planning and community engagement.
- You’ll plan and implement business initiatives centred on quality improvements, driving positive changes within your services.

**What makes a difference for us?**:

As an experienced Community services professional, you’ll hold considerable knowledge of community care with practical experience leading teams within an aged care or community setting. You’ll have a solid understanding of the industries quality standards, frameworks, funding and how these have shaped care delivery for services. You'll have:

- Recent leadership, coaching and development experience
- Ability to routinely problem-solve complex scenarios and conflicting priorities
- Sound experience in management of budgets & financials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Evidence of innovative practices and quality improvements
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
