**About the Role**:
Berwick Mitsubishi are seeking an exceptional Buying Manager to lead their private buying team and take them to new heights. We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident, and driven individual to manage a close-knit established team.

**As a Buying Manager, you will**:

- Purchase adequate stock in line with stock matrix for multiple used car sites
- Utilise software and systems to maximise buying opportunity
- Ensure maximum ROI on purchases
- Inspect and deduct costs on purchases
- Manage and oversee transit of vehicles
- Allocate stock to respective sites based on set benchmarks

**Skills and experience required**:

- Prior Automotive experience essential
- Leadership focused with a encouraging and enthusiastic approach
- Excellent communication and negotiating kills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Highly driven and self motivated
- Proven ability to achieve KPI’s and sales targets within a fast paced environment
- Valid Victorian Drivers Licence
- Ability to complete a successful National Police Check
