**About the Company**:

**About the role**:
The Return to Work (RTW) Coordinator will work across all segments of the business units in implementing the return-to-work program to all employees, whilst supporting injured workers and meeting legislation requirements. As the RTW Coordinator you will be the link between the worker, their recovery and returning to work. This Part Time role offers 3 days per week with flexibility afforded for days/commencement/finish times.
**Duties will include**:
- Compile the initial incident notification information to report to workers compensation team at ICARE.
- Engage with the referring doctor other health physicians
- Coordinate the worker's recovery at work, including identifying suitable work
- Keep injury and recover at work statistics for EOM reporting and stator requirements
- Promoting the health benefits of good work and safe work process
- Contributing to the improvement of relevant policies and systems.
- Deliver 2 health indicatives per calendar year
**Skills & Experience required**:
- RTW Coordinator Victoria WorkSafe accreditation
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience working in a Return to Work role
- Previous experience in claims management, return to work Coordination, workers compensation or injury management
- Sound understanding of the Victorian Workers Compensation system
- Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety and Worker's Compensation legislation
