An exciting new role for an experienced Project Lead to make a difference and support the management team while they continue to deliver in the energy and manufacturing industries across WA while also adhering on low-cost, low-carbon emissions moving towards a sustainable lower-carbon future.
This is a hands-on role that will promote and encourage successful delivery of the joint project between these 2 major players within the Energy and Gas industries.

Experience within a similar industry will be highly regarded. The project is based in the Gascoyne region building a new LNG plant with an estimated completion timeline of 18 months. This is a hands-on role that will need a strong leader capable to challenge the status quo and deliver on project requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure overall project priorities are being supported
- Identify all interface issues
- Participate in meetings, project reviews, peer reviews, including the capturing and production of key data such as minutes
- Ensure project delivery requirements are communicated and implemented on a timely basis
- Fully interact and interface with subcontractors and vendors forming working relationships with all key stakeholders
- Can feed into existing planning cycles, for example weekly, monthly, and lookahead plans
- Identification (and proposed resolution for the ) key risks and schedule time-line changes or threats
- Conduct site visit engagements, liaising fully with site personnel as required
- Development and issues of required reports both internally and externally
- Liaise fully with the client including presenting updates back to management
- Acting as the key client interface for key identified project related scopes
- Engage and support key project activities
- Create, monitor, facilitate solutions and close out actions as appropriate
**Skills / Qualifications**
- Significant relevant experience gained in a similar or equivalent position.
- Extensive years of relevant project experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrable background in interface between different stakeholders (internally and externally)
- Understanding of technical aspects of business, e.g., Engineering, Operations, Maintenance
- Strong communications skills, influencing ability, enthusiasm and diplomacy
- Strong Stakeholder management skills
- Self-Starter and able to cope with pressure
