**About the Company**:
Our client is an established family-owned manufacturing business, with branches across Australia and an international presence supporting their exports worldwide. Due to continued growth and success, an opportunity is available for an experienced HR & Recruitment Coordinator, based in the head office in Adelaide’s inner northern suburbs.

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR & Recruitment Coordinator will provide general HR administration and support across the business and hold primary responsibility for all recruitment.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide support and advice on all HR and recruitment matters.
- Manage recruitment campaigns end to end
- Maintain up to date knowledge of HR legislation and trends and provide updates to stakeholders including the leadership team and payroll as required.
- Coordinate all employee onboarding including employment contracts, employment paperwork and employee handbook.
- Manage HR and WHS administration
- Assist administration and coordination of projects as required.

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience in running successful recruitment campaigns and knowledge of various recruitment methods.
- Exposure to the manufacturing industry will be highly regarded
- Strength in managing multiple priorities in a busy organisation.
- Highly effective interpersonal skills with a strength in building effective relationships.
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite and professional presentation of documents.
