**Job Description**:
As the Supervisor at Pappa Flock, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining our reputation for excellence and creating a welcoming environment for both our guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to ensure smooth and effective service during all shifts.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor and maintain quality control, ensuring all dishes meet Pappa Flock's high standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for rotating rosters from Monday to Sunday.
- Oversee financial aspects, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
- Flexibility to work rotating rosters, including weekends and public holidays.
