Are you an outgoing, energetic, and driven leader with a passion for the fitness industry? EMF Miranda is seeking a Front-of-Club Supervisor to join our dynamic team and work alongside our on-site Manager.

This role is perfect for someone looking to take their leadership journey to the next level, with the opportunity to grow into a club management role within EMF.

  • Proven leadership experience in the Fitness Industry
  • Outgoing, driven, and energetic attitude
  • Initiative to achieve and exceed KPIs while managing operational budgets
  • Ability to develop and execute quarterly club management and growth plans
  • Passion for coaching and developing staff in customer service, sales, member retention, and club presentation
  • Ability to create an engaged, motivated workforce that collaborates, celebrates, and drives club morale
  • High attention to detail and strong administration skills
  • Experience in conflict resolution

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of Fitness Industry experience (desirable)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Current Working With Children Check
  • Experience, knowledge, and passion for the fitness industry
