As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing our commercial portfolio properties alongside our assistant Asset Manager with the assistance of working Director. As the first point of contact for landlords, this position requires someone with excellent communication skills and a great attitude.
You will be provided with the highest level of in-house office support with our dedicated team as well as a supportive environment which will enable you to grow and efficiently manage the portfolio.

About You:
You need to be ready to work in a fast-paced environment, are knowledgeable and passionate about real estate (or willing to learn) take a great deal of pride in the work you do, are proactive and act professionally at all times.

To be considered for the role, you must:

- Be efficient, reliable and punctual
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Have superb attention to detail
- Confident in conflict resolution
- Common sense approach and a logical thinker
- Be able to contribute and work successfully in a team environment and autonomously

- Arranging ESM and reporting
- Conduct periodic, ingoing and final inspections
- Manage enquiries and correspondence
- Provide other support as required to ensure professional management of the portfolio

Skills and Experience:

- High level of computer competence
- Exceptional customer Service
- Current Drivers Licence
- Current police check
- Hold a current Real Estate Registration
