**Head Gardener - We Do Gardens (Inner West, Sydney)**

Are you a passionate and experienced gardener looking to take the next step in your career? We Do Gardens, a well-established gardening company in the Inner West of Sydney, is looking for a dedicated **Head Gardener** to join our team.

**About Us**:
For the past six years, We Do Gardens has been providing high-quality garden maintenance and installations. We take pride in delivering excellent results and value determination, self-motivation, and attention to detail.

**About the Role**:
As our **Head Gardener**, you will be responsible for:
✔ Managing client relationships and ensuring top-quality service
✔ Leading and mentoring one team member
✔ Planning and overseeing garden maintenance projects
✔ Using all garden maintenance tools, including hedge trimmers, tree pruners, and other equipment
✔ Maintaining a high standard of work with a strong eye for detail

**About You**:
✔ At least **one year of experience** in gardening
✔ Experience **managing people** and leading a small team
✔ Proficiency in all aspects of garden maintenance
✔ Self-motivated, hardworking, and attentive to detail
✔ A passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Gardening: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
