**About Dominion City Church**: Dominion City Church is a newly established, multicultural Kingdom church in Australia with a powerful mission: to raise leaders, kings, and priests who will transform society for good. Though we are a small, close-knit community here in Australia, Dominion City has a global footprint with branches established across many countries. As our family grows, we are seeking like-minded individuals to join us in building and shaping the future of our church.

**Role Summary**: We are looking for volunteer ushers to join our team, serving during Sunday services and other church gatherings. This role is vital to creating a welcoming and orderly atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors. As an usher, you will play an important part in fostering an environment where members and visitors feel valued, comfortable, and at home. Experienced ushers are also encouraged to apply, as they can assist in guiding and training upcoming ushers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and greet church members and guests with warmth and friendliness
- Help direct individuals to available seating and offer assistance as needed
- Ensure a smooth flow of foot traffic, maintaining order before, during, and after services
- Assist with the collection of offerings and distribution of communion elements
- Respond to questions or direct guests to church information resources
- Coach and support new or less experienced ushers as we grow our team

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A commitment to the mission and values of Dominion City Church
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with good communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to follow directions
- Willingness to take the initiative and adapt to the needs of the service
- Prior ushering or customer service experience is a plus but not required
