Dominion City Church, a multicultural Kingdom church newly established in Australia, is on a mission to raise leaders (kings and priests) who will transform society for good. While we are currently a small congregation here, we are part of a global community spanning numerous countries, committed to growing and making a positive impact in every nation we serve.

We are seeking passionate individuals with a heart for young people, a commitment to Christian values, and a desire to mentor the next generation. As a Youth Pastor or Youth Mentor, you will be part of a dedicated team working to reach out to youths, guiding them under biblical guidelines and moral principles, and inspiring them to become strong, responsible, and positive influences in their communities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Mentor, support, and disciple youth in our church and local community
- Lead Bible-based discussions, activities, and programs that promote personal growth, spiritual development, and ethical values
- Encourage youths to develop a strong foundation in Christian values and principles
- Help cultivate a welcoming, multicultural environment where all young people feel valued and included
- Collaborate with church leadership to organize youth events and outreach activities
- Foster an environment of leadership, where youths are encouraged to step into roles of responsibility and community engagement

Qualifications:

- A personal commitment to Christian faith and values
- A passion for working with young people and guiding them in their spiritual journey
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse, multicultural team
- Previous experience in youth ministry or mentorship is beneficial but not required—training and support will be provided for passionate individuals
