SkyCity Adelaide is currently seeking Full Time Property Services Administrator to provide administrative support to our busy Property Services Department.

**So, what does the role look like?**

You will be responsible for providing high quality administrative support to the Property Services Department. They will rely on you to be able to achieve their tasks and meet critical headlines. Every day in this role will be different with coordinating and monitoring planned maintenance work, assisting staff, external contractors and suppliers. You will also manage all accounts for the Property Services Team, so we are looking for someone who is highly organised.

**What you will look like?**

You should have a proven track record of offering senior administrative support in a high-pressure office environment, adept at managing interruptions and meeting tight deadlines. Proficiency in working independently is crucial, while also excelling as a team player. Strong communication skills are essential for fostering relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Moreover, possessing technical trade knowledge is necessary. Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office suite, coupled with extensive experience in data entry and meticulous attention to detail, are also expected.
