Little Sparrow is a boutique sophisticated and established café brand located in many states of Australia. We provide specialty roasted coffee, exclusive French baked cakes in conjunction with our fabulous pastries and handmade sandwiches.

The Role:
As a Barista / All Rounder you will be reporting directly to the Store Manager. Your duties may include:

- Making a variety of espresso drinks
- Serving customers and using the POS system
- Preparing food & beverages to the highest standard
- Engaging with your team and customers alike

Skills & Experience:

- Excellent Barista Skills ( 2 years experience required )
- A Peoples Person with a positive can do attitude.
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
- Calibration of Grinder

**Salary**: $25.00 - $38.85 per hour

Schedule:
