We are looking for our next **Supply Planner** to join an experienced Supply Planning function.

Reporting to our Senior Supply Planning Team Leader, you will support us in delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers by carrying out daily purchasing and inventory balancing activities in a timely and efficient manner.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Managing a portfolio of vendors
- PO generation / PO maintenance / PO lifecycle management/Ad-hoc Po Generation
- Overdue orders review and follow up
- Monitoring inventory performance (availability / days of cover)
- Supply Planning - generation of a future replenishment plan in conjunction with Senior Supply Planners and Supply Planning Specialists
- Identifying requirement for parameter changes or vendor action to improve inventory performance - supported by Supply Planning specialists
- LTOOS / monitoring
- Responding to internal enquiries regarding stock replenishment issues
- Reviewing and action DC generated receiving issues / queries
- Ad-hoc reporting and tasks in support of purchasing and the wider supply chain objectives
- Responding to customer / sales queries
- Manual STO creation and management
- Managing all inventory return to vendors in a timely and accurate manner
- Periodically reviewing Supply Planning Processes to enable team to work efficiently

**Key skills & experience**:

- Minimum 2 - 4 years Supply Chain experience
- Intermediate Excel as well as demonstrated analytical skills, preferably in planning capacity
- ERP experience is essential and SAP knowledge will be advantageous
- Customer focused - both internal and external
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- The ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams
