With advancements in electro-hydraulic systems, their Control Systems Group also provides full in-house design and manufactured systems. Southcott’s highly experienced team aims to provide the most cutting-edge solutions to their clients while ensuring superior customer service. Southcott is now seeking an experienced and collaborative Production Manager to join the team and oversee their Athol Park facility.
**Role Overview**
Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing, this role is responsible for supporting Southcott’s manufacturing activities of the business operations at their Athol Park facility. The Production Manager will provide leadership and drive continuous improvement in cost, quality, and people, while ensuring compliance with all safety programs and standards through providing workplace training to all employees. The incumbent will ensure that production schedule is achieved by effectively optimising resources, minimising costs, maintaining quality standards and machinery.
