We are looking for the right person to join us as a Receptionist/Sales Co-Ordinator at our Pascoe Vale office, to enable our Sales Team to continue to work dynamically and be results-driven for our clients.
The position covers reception, administration and coordination duties pertaining to the life cycle of property sales, including preparation of files, liaison with suppliers, campaign preparation and support, and internal and external stakeholder engagement.
The successful applicant will:
- Have strong computer skills
- Have an enthusiastic and professional approach
- Be a self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Have strong communication skills
- Thrive in a high paced, high energy environment
- Be highly organised and able to prioritise
- Hold a current Agents Representative Certificate (bonus)
- Have an understanding of sales trust accounting support processes (double bonus)
Applicants with previous experience in a similar role in a real estate environment would be highly welcome.
This is a full-time Monday to Friday role.
